4º Hay demasiada policía y funcionarios en general. Los contribuyentes (los de verdad) ya no podemos con tanta carga y pienso que el paro en el funcionariado debería ser proporcional al paro en el sector privado. Hay que mantener cada día a mas funcionarios y, de momento, somos 4 millones menos de contribuyentes de verdad para llevar a cabo dicha empresa.
5º Tanto privatizar, que privaticen el funcionariado y no los servicios básicos. Tendríamos garantizadas nuestras encesidades mas básicas (agua, luz, "sanidad"...) y los funcionarios harían su trabajo por miedo a perder el empleo o incluso ir a la cárcel.

Por que cuando se ha realizado algún control, y se ha cogido a gente que va "BORRACHA", "SIN CARNET", o algún tipo de infracción que según los legisladores está tipificada como DELITO, pues entonces esos controles no valen para nada, según dice el capullo de antes. Pues entonces que salga un sábado el capullo de fiesta con sus amigos, y que tenga un accidente con el BORRACHO y que se mate él o cualquiera que vaya en ese coche, y entonces lloraremos. O a lo mejor es que el capullo es de los que va borracho, y entonces le molesta que se hagan controles por si lo pillan.

ESPERO QUE EL FIGURA ESE DE MAS ARRIBA QUE DICE QUE LA POLICIA NO HACE NADA, MAS QUE JODER, AL MENOS, PIDA DISCULPAS, PUES SI NO FUERA POR LOS AGENTES DE LA POLI DE LLIRIA, AYER MISMO NO SE HUBIERAN LLEVADO A CABO Y A BUEN TERMINO LOS 4 ACTOS SEGUIDOS EN UNA MISMA TARDE, PARA DISFRUTE DE LOS FESTEROS DEL REMEDIO, LAS MUSAS DEL CLARIN, LAS PEÑAS TAURINAS, LA PROCESION NUEVA E INVENTADA DE "SAN SIMON DE ROJAS", QUE NO SE QUIEN NARICES ERA??, ETC, ETC, CONTINUANDO HOY MISMO CON LA DESFILA DE LOS MOROS Y CRISTIANOS DE BUENA MAÑANA, CON LA CONTINUACION DE LA MASCLETADA CORRESPONDIENTE Y DE LA PROCESION DE LA TARDE, A DISFRUTE DE LOS FESTEROS Y VECINOS DE LLIRIA Y TODO AQUEL DE FUERA QUE QUIERA VERLO, DEBIENDO LOS AGENTES VELAR POR LA SEGURIDAD Y EL EXITO DE TODOS ESTOS ACTOS FESTIVOS, QUE EN MI OPINION ESTAN BIEN PERO DESASTROSAMENTE ORGANIZADOS POR PARTE DE LAS COMISIONES FESTERAS, QUE TIENEN TANTO CONOCIMIENTO QUE NO SE ORGANIZAN A FIN DE DE NO COINCIDIR TANTOS ACTOS A LA VEZ, A FIN DE QUE NO SE CORTEN COSA COMO DE 30 CALLES EN EL CASCO URBANO EN UNA MISMA TARDE, QUE INCLUSO LOS MISMOS PARTICIPANTES DE LAS OFRENDAS, PROCESIONES Y DEMAS SE QUEJAN DEL CORTE DE LAS CALLES, TENDRA COJONES LA COSA??, GRACIAS Y UN SALUDO, SIENDO MI OPINION PERSONAL Y PROFESIONAL.-

Esto es una plaga. Ante de que tu nacieras ya había fiestas en este pueblo y antes de que Felipe nos quitara la mitad de las fiestas, habia el doble. Toda la vida nos hemos apañado sin vosotros, es mas, desde que vosotros estais por medio las fiestas son cada vez mas merdosas.

Supongo que para cualquier tipo de acto que implique un corte de calles se debe pedir permiso al ayuntamiento. Este deberia ser el que termine con el caos. Si en un mismo dia no se pueden hacer varios actos por el trastorno que ello implica, que el ayuntamiento se ponga firme y que los actos se hagan de manera escalonada y si no pueden ser el mismo dia, que no lo sean. Si nos quejamos a vosotros es porque sois las personas que tenemos cerca.
Respeto todas las fiestas y me gustan, pero entre obras, pasacalles, socabones, cabalgatas y demas, llegar a mi casa es una tremenda odisea.
Y para mi "velar por la seguridad" no es que salga bien una fiesta, sino que mis hijos puedan volver a casa sin miedo, que a mi vecina no le den un tiron con una moto o simplemente, que cuando yo llegue a casa, mi vado este libre y pueda aparcar tranquilamente el coche.
Todos los festeros sabía
Todos los festeros sabía los que había que hacer para organizar los festejos y eran respetados cuando regañaban a alguien. Tenían una directivas que venían del ayuntamiento y las cumplían. No se si antes había, en total, 5 polis en lliria. Eran del pueblo (excepto el manrassano que era de Benissanó) y nos apañabamos de puta madre. Los sobornos se reducían a una botellita de cognac o whisky y unas disculpas, todo ello en privado pero sin esconderse.

TENIENDO EN CUENTA QUE EL GUARDIA ES QUIEN CORTA LA CALLE, PERO COMO BIEN DICE UD, ES EL AYUNTAMIENTO QUIEN AUTORIZA LOS CORTES, OSEA, AL AYUNTAMIENTO A QUEJARSE Y LLAMAR HIJO PUTA A LA CORPORACION LOCAL Y DEMAS AUTORIDADES MUNICIPALES!!
"SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA" ES UN CONCEPTO QUE ENGLOBA DIVERSAS FACETAS DE LA VIDA Y DERECHOS, PERO PARA GARANTIZAR LA SEGUIRDAD CIUDADANA, ADEMAS DE LA FUNCION POLICIAL QUE ES PRIMORDIAL, SE REQUIERE POR PARTE DE LOS CIUDADNOS QUE COMPONEN UNA SOCIEDAD, UNA CIERTA OBLIGACION EN EL RESPETO DE LAS NORMAS BASICAS DE CONVIVENCIA Y DE SABER VIVIR EN SOCIEDAD, QUE ESO YA VA EN EL NIVEL CULTURAL Y SOCIAL DE CADA UNO, QUE AQUI EN ESPAÑA Y CONCRETO EN LLIRIA. ES MAS BIEN ESCASO, AQUI TOROS, PASACALLES, MASCLETAS, PURISIMA, REMEDIO, UNION, CLARIN, LLAMAR HIJO PUTA AL GUARDIA Y POCO MAS!!
POR ESO AL POLITICO DE TURNO, SE PREOCUPA POR CONTENTAR A LAS PEÑAS TAURINAS, COMISIONES FESTERAS DE TODO CLASE Y TIPO, REMEDIANOS, PURISIMEROS, FALLAS, ETC, A FIN DE OBTENER VOTOS Y ASEGURARSE EL FUTURO GOBIERNO, SI TE ATRACAN, TE APARCAN EN EL VADO, SI TE AGREDEN, ETC; ESO NO ES QUE SEA IMPORTANTE O NO, SIMPLEMENTE SECUNDARIO, QUEDA RELEVADO A SEGUNDO PLANO.-

Opino que hace pocas décadas con 4 agentes se controlaba todo y había orden. Ahora hay cientos de policías que como los politicastros y picapleitos les impiden hacer su trabajo con los delincuentes, sólo sirven para joder al personal no delincuente, poner multazos y llamar a la grúa cada vez que 4 folclóricos paletos embolan a un toro, o se pasean por medio pueblo vestidos de lagarterana.
También para reunirse en partidores los jueves a contar chistes, y vacilar al personal.
Ah, me importa un huevo si "gobiernan" los meapilas acomplejados del pepé, o los subnormales, traidores y corruptos del pezoe. Lo que falla es el sistema en sí.
Pero ya se sabe, en este nuevo estado de laicismo militante, la única religión válida, es la puta democracia esta. El gran dogma del siglo. Todo es cuestionable, menos el sistema, que encima de que es una mierda casi es delito la disidencia.
La nación se rompe y se hunde, y la única opción que nos quieren dejar es meter un papelito en una pecera cada 4 años para cambiar de figurante.
Si el sistema no garantiza la supervivencia de mi nación y de mi estirpe a corto, medio y largo plazo, no me sirve. Me importa un huevo todo lo demás. Si no sirve, se derriba y que coja el timón el que sepa llevarlo, y a funcionar ¿O acaso votamos a los cirujanos o a los jefes de bomberos?
PD: Señores agentes, si no pueden apretar las tuercas a los delincuentes, NO APRIETEN TAMPOCO AL CIUDADANO. Como dice el refranero popular O FOLLAMOS TODOS O MATAMOS A LA PUTA.

Ah, añadir que encima la policía, sobretodo los nuevos mocosos recién colocados no tienen ni puta idea de administrar su autoridad, ni tienen criterio ni sentido de la proporción. Son totalmente inflexibles por majaderías con la gente de a pie, y en cambio está la ciudad llena de delincuentes y gentuza que encima es importada.
En mi opinión, para hablar
En mi opinión, para hablar sobre un tema y, más concretamente sobre una prefesión laboral, uno debería anteriormente, al menos documentarse o vivir en sus carnes esa profesión de la que quiere opinar, lo digo por aquellos que hablan y hablan pero no llevan ese traje fosfi de policía o verde de la guardia civil, y si en cambio saben más que estos profesionales sobre su trabajo, fuciones y problemáticas laborales, y que como en todos los trabajos y sectores, hay problemas y cosas a mejorar, no hay nada perfecto y menos el individuo este de aquí arriba que parece saber más que el papa, que suelta la parrafada pero no pregunta sobre la labor, en este caso de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad en un estado democrático y de derecho; concretamente en mi caso si puede opinar sobre la labor policial puesto que si soy policía y padezco en mis propias carnes las consecuencias de ser policía y que acepto porque así lo elegí en su día como profesión laboral.-
Dicho esto, le explicare que soy hijo de la transición y no he conocido otra cosa más que un estado democrático y de derecho, pero si le dire que por parte de mis padres y abuelos he tenido conocimiento de las injusticias a toda escala de una dictadura, concretamente la franquista y habiendo leído, documentado y estduiado nuestra historia como nación, la verdad es que poner, como dice ud. en quien nos sepa gobernar sin elección democratica, todos los poderes de un estado en una sola persona, pues como que no convence mucho, la verdad. Nuestro actual sistema es el que mayor riqueza social, cultural y linguistica nos ha proporcionado, avanzando en sociedad y como nación y, que sin duda necesita de mejoras puesto que perfecto no es, y sin poder alcanzar la perfección total, sii se debe luchar para alcanzar el mayor grado posible, esa debe ser la meta de un estado democrático y de derecho.-
Sobre las tareas policiales en nuestra actualidad, le invito a que coja la ley 2/86, ley orgánica de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad del estado, concretamente artículo 53, dónde se especifican las funciones y cometidos de los miembros de los cuerpos de la policía local, y de igual modo le sirve la constitución espoñala, articulos sobre los derechos, libertades y "OBLIGACIONES" (a esta palabra a la ciudadanía de a píe no le presta tanta atención como a la de los derechos y libertades), así dónde tambien se regulan las garantias del detenido y del proceso de detención por un hecho de los calificados como penal.
En materia de seguridad vial, le invito a que se apodere de la legislación que regula las normas de tráfico y seguridad vial y su reglamente de tráfico, dónde se agrupan las infracciones de las que ud. se queja que los guardias denuncian sin compasión ni contremplación, y despues, si quiere le acompaño gustosamente, nos damos una vuelta por el casco urbano de Llíria y término municipal, y sin denunciar apuntamos cuantas infraciones en menos de una hora hayamos observado, le advierto coja mucho papel y varios bolígrafos, pues los agotara pronto; posteriormente si aún así no se queda satisfecho, y continua con la desproporción, abuso de autoridad y falta de criterio de los agentes, pues le invito a que se lea el reglamente en el procedimiento sancionador dónde se estipulan y se regulan el proceso de una sanción o multa como es conocida, se refleja las garantias y derechos del denunciado, pudiendo aportar cuantas pruebas tenga en su defensa, incluso si existe una abuso de poder u autoridad, puede instar a la administración a la que pertenzca el funcionario, solicitando sus derehcos e incluso si existe algun hecho penal, denunciar al policía.-
Para finalizar le dire, que además de denunciar y sacar a pasear la grúa, le puedo asegurar, le invito a realizar una jornada laboral en un patrulla policial, se realizan otros servicios y cometidos, siempre bajo la legalidad vigente y si no fuera así, yo acudiria a los juuzgados inmediatamente para cursar la correspondiente denuncia, como por ejemplo, asistencias sanitarias, ayudas en accidentes no mortales o mortales, accidentes laborales, diversas notificaciones administrativas, conflictos entre particulares y vecinales, violencias de género (en Llíria y por desgracia hay ciudadanos que maltratan a sus mujeres, y cada vez se dan más casos y no todos son no nacionales, los hay nacionales y del pueblo de toda la vida), robos, agresiónes, delitos contra la seguridad vial (sobre todo cuando los hijos de lirianos salen de vaiven con sus coches que les compran sus papis como una cuba de borrachos y por el consumo de otras sutancias, de las que su papi no se entera o no quiere enterarse, pero si no pierde el tiempo ni el culo en insultar y amenazar al policia porque a su hijo/a lo han detenido como si fuera un delincuente, a lo mejor ese poli le he salvado la vida en ese momento a su querido hijo/a, hubiera podido tener un accidente y mortal).-
Dejemos a cada cual realizar sus tares en su profesión, haciendo uso de la legalidad y de los derechos que a cada cual le asisten al convivir en una sociedad democrática y de derecho, nos debemos preocupar más por mejorar nuestra calidad de vida en sociedad e importarnos menos lo que los demas hacen o dejan de hacer, siempre y cuando no se vulneren derechos y libertades o se cometan ilegalidades, preocupate por cumplir la leyes penales, aparcar bien y veras como no tendras cap problema con la policía, lo tendran aquellos que incumplan las leyes de tráfico, penales, de ordenanzas, etc, y no solo con la policía. con los jueces, etc, y si un policía hace abusos, denuncialo, pero en graduzación, te aseguro que los ciudadanos y vecinos cometen mayores abusos, agresiones verbales que los respectivos policias, eso te lo garantizo.-

Me asombra tanta demagogia y tanta estupidez y tanta “tragala” del pueblo.
COMO CIUDADANO, PIENSO QUE DEBEMOS EXIGIR QUE SE PUBLIQUEN EN LA PRENSA MUNICIPAL Y CON UN CARACTER RETROACTIVO DESDE AÑO 2008, LA LISTA DE TODOS LOS MUNICIPALES Y ASALARIADOS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO QUE HAYAN SIDO MULTADOS Y HAYAN PAGADO ALGUNA MULTA, ASÍ COMO LA DE TODOS LOS CIUDADANOS. ESTO SERIA TRANSPARIENCIA DE GESTIÓN MUNICIPA. Y PARALELAMENTE LOS SALARIOS DE ESTOS, PUESTO QUE LOS PAGAMOS ENTRE TODOS.
¿O ACASO NO SABEMOS TODOS COMO APARCAN? ESTOS PRIVILEGIADOS?

CADA VEZ ES MAYOR LA INSEGURIDAD CIUDADANA, LO UNICO QUE SE LES DA BIEN ES MULTAR, PARA ASEGURARSE SU SUELDO Y LAS PAGAS SIN NINGUN TIPO DE PRODUCCIÓN, O CONTRAPRESTACIÓN RACIONAL QUE BENEFICIE VERDADERAMENTE AL CIUDADANO. Los gastos que además conllevan serían insostenibles en muchas empresas normales, PERO COMO PAGA EL CIUDADANO, .. QUE MÁS DA 10 QUE 50 ASALARIADOS MÁS?.... MIENTRAS QUE SEAN DE LOS MIOS Y DE LOS NUESTROS....VERDAD?
