LA CABALGATA DEL REMEDIO COINCIDE CON LA PROCESIÓN DE LA PURÍSIMA
Como bien sabreis la gran mayoria este año la cabalgata del remedio coincide con la procesión de la purísima habiendo acordado en una reunión de la cofradia del remedio y de la archicofradia de la corte de maria junto con el alcalde que esto no pasaria. No estoy echando las culpas al alcalde porque legalmente no hay ningun decreto por el cual el alcalde pueda prohibir que los festeros del remedio hagan su cabalgata el mismo dia que la procesión de la purísima. Lo único que quiero decir es que me parece una indecéncia grandísima y de muy poca palabra por parte de la cofradia y los festeros del remedio. De todas formas todos los que tengais el lote de la purísima teneis una nota informativa de todo lo sucedido y alli esta muy bien explicado, os recomiendo que lo leais para asi poder ver la gran palabra que tienen la cofradia del remedio y los festeros. Tan religiosos que sois (porque las dos fiestas son religiosas), ¿como haceis coincidir un acto religioso con otro folklórico?, la tradición esta para respetarla, pero claro, los del remedio la respetan cuando les conviene.

Lo de la cabalgata del Remedio me parece insultante, cuando nunca ha sido así, y siempre ha sido tradición que exista una semana de descanso entre unas fiestas y otras, y es penoso que este año por los huevos de los del Remedio tengan que coincidir.
Al señor Alcalde no hay que dejarlo de lado, pues aunque se trata de fiestas religiosas, los permisos y los horarios los confirma y los aprueba el Alcalde, y más aún cuando dió su promesa de que "mientras él sea Alcalde nunca coincidirán una cabalgata y una procesión en Llíria."
Sinceramente me siento un poco engañado porque entre Diciembre y Agosto han habido elecciones, y en diciembre D. Manuel Izquierdo dijo a todos lo que querían oir, a unos, que no coincidirian y a los otros que no les pondría pegas en la elección de sus horarios.
El resultado es que tenemos una coincidencia vergonzosa, que se podía haber evitado (en tanto que no tiene razón de ser) y que ha generado un problema que traerá cola.
Mención a parte la estúpida actuación de la Iglesia, y de sus párrocos D. Antonio y D.Vicente-D.Alonso en el hecho de permitir desde el clero que dos actos religiosos coincidan en dia, hora y lugar y que mientras haya gente que esté esperando el paso de la Virgen Purísima, hayan otros tirando cubos y pelotas en el mismo lugar contentos de que empiezen las fiestas de su Virgen del Remedio.
Un Lliriano de pro, como yo, siente verguenza ajena, y por primera vez en muchos años no me siento orgullos de poder decir que en mi pueblo hay casi 2 meses seguidos de fiestas, porque ahora me tocará decir que somos tan "originales" que tenemos 15 dias de fiestas donde puedes elegir en alguno de ellos, el ir a la procesión y ver una cabalgata en mismo dia, misma hora y mismo lugar, simplemente girando el cuello.

Resumidamente, gracias a las fiestas que tenemos, nuestro pueblo cada vez se hace más grande, pero por las discusiones que tenemos con los bandos de dichas fiestas, nos estamos echando a perder todo lo bueno que tiene nuestro pueblo, es decir, que cada bando respete su mes de fiestas respectivas, la Purísima en agosto y las del Remedio en septiembre, así podremos disfrutar de ambas fiestas y sin ningún tipo de discusión.
Sería una lástima que de un pueblo tan bonito, festero, turístico, peculiar,... etc., lo destrullamos por culpa de unas fechas que coinciden este año, pido por favor a los representantes de dichas cofradías, no sean tan orgullosos por que algún día tendremos un disgusto, que nadie quisiera ver si continuamos por este camino.

Este año los remedianos, que así los llamas tú despectivamente, pidieron las fechas de las fiestas guiandose a lo del año passado y,como no, a lo de los 5 años anteriores. Ese mismo permiso, el señor comentado anteriormente lo extravió y apareció cuando el Señor alcalde le presentó una copia. A parte a mí siendo ciudadano de llíria no me abren el ayuntamiento un 9 de septiembre de 2006, nada más porque es sábado, que suerte teneis los de la archicofradia. Documentate también que la cabalgata de los remedianos a las 8 abrá finalizado y tú procesión sale a las 8. Y ten en cuenta que ni el clero os da la razón, porque no coincide ni en hora ni en lugar.
